Located in the scenic Finger Lakes Region, on the bluff of Keuka Lake, NY, are acres of barley straw. Natural Solutions is nestled on 12 of those acres. Since 1996, this family owned farm has been providing 'natural solutions' to control algae for cleaner, healthier ponds.
Most of the barley straw that is used in our Bundles is locally grown. No pesticides or insecticides are ever used here. All of the products that we carry are environmentally friendly and they are used in our own ponds and water gardens.
Natural Solutions got its start as a result of the lack of quality barley straw in the area. An acre was planted for our own use and the surplus was sold and/or given away. In 4 1/2 years, we have grown from selling our Barley Straw Bundles here in the local market to international sales.
Our staff is very conscientious when preparing a Bundle. Whether it is one single Bundle for a customer or 1000 Bundles for a wholesale order. They maintain the same quality standards. Every 8 oz. Bundle is hand packed and weighed. Time is always taken to explain how to use the Barley Straw Bundle and special orders are never a problem.
